Shantie is an Executive Producer, Writer, and Creative Director with a deep passion for storytelling across mediums from podcasts to music videos to branded visual content, specializing in purpose-driven content that resonates, inspires, and connects.

With over a decade of experience in high-end podcast, video, and corporate production, Shantie has developed and led a range of acclaimed podcast series as an Executive Producer, Writer, and Creator with Auddy LLC, overseeing everything from concept development and scripting to casting, interviews, and final delivery. Her work spans genres and voices, but always centers on compelling storytelling and meaningful impact.

She holds an Honors Scholar degree from NYU Tisch School’s Kanbar Institute of Film & Television, where her thesis film Dusty & The Desert Rose received the Panavision Film Grant and won multiple awards on the international festival circuit.

Shantie merges her love of sound and image to help artists and brands shape stories that are true to their voice and bold in their reach, bringing a unique blend of editorial depth, visual style, and sharp project management to every project.

Susanna brings a rare blend of creative production expertise and operational rigor to projects from concept through completion. With a diverse background spanning film and commercial production, business development, and talent management, she provides thoughtful, detail-oriented support across all stages of a project - including negotiation, team building, and operational oversight. Susanna is known for her calm leadership style, clear communication, and ability to seamlessly manage multiple priorities while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward efficiently.
